Kingston Police were kept busy on September 16 and 17, 2006, trying to contain the 6000 person strong crowd to Aberdeen Street in order to minimize impact on surrounding properties. Although most partygoers respected the boundaries, some, like the ironically-dressed young man (who was unable to be identified) pictured, wound up in handcuffs for refusing to obey police instructions. Kingston Police made 60 arrests between the hours of 7PM on September 16 and 7AM on September 17, 58 of which were in connection with actions on Aberdeen Street.
